During my time learning with Pip, I have become a much more confident and enthusiastic driver. She showed me how to drive safely and how you can be comfortable in a car. Although I didn't have many lessons with Pip, we became pretty good mates with each other due to her friendly and laid back personality. Her knowledge of driving is very good and she has certainly taught me well seeing as my test wasn`t very far away from my first lesson. Without Pip`s help I don`t think I could have passed the test so I am very grateful that she helped me. Pip is kind, smart, organised, caring and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone learning to drive. I have enjoyed the lessons as well as the laughs.....and the free drinks 😊

Brilliant driving instructor who gives amazing support throughout your whole learning period. I went from not knowing where to put the key into the ignition to passing my test in 6 months. I would definitely recommend Pippa to anyone who is looking to start lessons or is in need of a change of instructor. She has a calm considered approach and never makes you feel silly and also gets to know you on a personal level and adapts to your style. Thanks again Pippa " beep beep"

Would definitely recommend Pippa she really has been the best for me!! I suffered really bad with anxiety and my nerves were horrendous!! Pippa was always relaxed and calm and made me feel at ease and the main thing SAFE... Pippa's laid back and caring nature really did help me get to that PASS! I probably would have given up with out her! A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO YOU PIPPA XX

Amazing driving instructor!
Never late, and is really great at explaining situations to you that you might not initially understand. - I haven’t got a bad word to say about her as an instructor, I’d never even driven a car before she began to teach me and now I can drive after just 7 months of learning, I still really can’t believe it!

As well as being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met Pippa is an amazing instructor. We had so much fun on our lessons and she has helped me with a first time pass! She is very understanding and helpful. She has been so supportive and completely put me at ease on my test day by talking me through everything. I couldn’t recommend her more ☺️ I can’t believe we won’t be having any more lessons!

Pippa really is an amazing instructor and has to be one of the nicest people I have met. At the beginning I was nervous getting back behind the wheel but by the end of the 1st lesson I was no longer nervous and raring to go for the next one. Pippa has a calming sort of nature about her which makes learning to drive not stressful even though there was many occasions in our lessons that I could of easily said "nope not doing it" - we really did have a lot of fun on our lessons. Pippa is supportive and positive about everything which reflects in the way she teaches. I would recommend Pippa to anyone who wants to learn to drive especially those who are nervous.

I’ve really been enjoying learning with Pippa- just a shame lock down has halted our lessons for now. I like to ask lots of questions and she’s really good at explaining things to me. Pippa is calm, understanding, friendly and very good at her job.

I started with Pippa in October last year, I can honestly say that she is brilliant at her job. She made me feel confident straight away. When I got in the car she made me feel as if I had already driven before. Pippa made me feel at ease which made my confidence rocket through the roof. We have a good time in the car together and sometimes it doesn`t even feel like I`m on a driving lesson. I can`t wait to get back to it after all the virus has gone. You will not be disappointed with Pippa as your driving instructor - she is the best!

I couldn’t recommend Pippa enough! Every lesson with Pippa was a joy, not only is her teaching excellent but she’s a lovely person to talk to and always brings humour to each lesson. Whenever I would struggle Pippa would intervene calmly and make me feel confident in my driving. I’m going to miss my lessons and the laughs. Thank you Pippa!!

If anyone on the island is in need of a highly skilled, wonderfully friendly, professional driving instructor for themselves and/or friends and family, then I STRONGLY recommend Pippa Caldecott! Through lockdowns 1 and 2 I have felt supported, and well trained in my time as learner driver with pip! And today have finally passed my driving test, and first time as well! And I could not have done it without her guidance and ultimately friendship! Thanks a lot Pip.

Pippa is a fantastic instructor. I was an extremely anxious driver when I first started but she understood and helped me build my confidence with ways to make me feel less anxious. She is patient, calm, and super friendly and we always had a good natter. If you do something wrong she doesn’t scold you or tell you off, she calmly explains why it was wrong and what you should do instead, and as an anxious driver, I was so thankful for her teaching method.
I didn’t even want to be near another test centre after my first failure and a pretty unpleasant test experience, and I lost confidence in myself, but she made me realise that I CAN do these things. And I did.

Pippa has been a fabulous driving instructor, so friendly and patient plus very flexible with changing timetables. My son has loved the weekly chats with her (she is a lovely approachable person) and will miss having his lessons now he has passed his test. We couldn't recommend her highly enough and our other son is going to start his lessons with her soon.

I would thoroughly recommend Pippa as your driving instructor.
She put me at ease from the very start and was very patient with my hundreds of questions! I was completely new to driving but I think she would be excellent no matter how experienced you are.
I found that I made constant progress in my lessons and she helped me to gain confidence. Pippa also taught my brother so I know that she tailors her lessons based on the driver to ensure you get the very best experience.
Pippa is friendly and approachable, myself and my family miss seeing her every week now that I have passed!
